Where do my items ship from?

All Lumiyear treasures are mindfully designed, packed with love, and shipped directly from our primary creative studio and workshop in Shanghai.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We offer tracked international air shipping to the following supported regions:

Standard International Shipping (Free on orders over $50 USD)
United States: 12 - 20 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)
Europe & the United Kingdom: 10 - 15 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)
Australia & Canada&New Zealand: 10 - 15 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)
United Arab Emirates: 8 - 18 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)
Japan&South Korea: 5 - 10 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)
Singapore&Malaysia: 5 - 10 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or customs clearance.

If a product is accidentally lost during delivery, we will send you a replacement.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For our customers, parcels are typically shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) routes, meaning no additional customs fees upon arrival. For more details, please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy page.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is damaged upon arrival or if we made a mistake, please email photos of the packaging and product to yywyiwen@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, including photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return guarantee for all unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Please kindly note that because our primary workshop is based in Asia, customers are responsible for the international return shipping costs. We highly recommend checking all product details and page counts carefully before ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we want you to receive your treasures as quickly as possible, our studio begins processing orders rapidly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at yywyiwen@gmail.com within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot alter it.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please refer to the order or shipping confirmation email you received from us. There you will find a link to the detailed tracking information.
